Generic Applications

We've already developed a number of messaging applications which can easily be adapted to meet your customer's needs. With the hard work already done, you can benefit from proven functionality, standard interfaces into third party services and easy implementation. Applications include:

Payment collection & Charity donations
Collection of money from debit/credit cards via a voice dialogue in real time. Includes card validation and payment confirmation by email or SMS text message.

Ticket sales
Voice dialogue to order and pay for tickets via debit/credit cards. Can result in electronic tickets being sent to a mobile phone using barcodes.

Bespoke Application Design and Build

We have extensive experience of designing and building messaging applications for clients that will enable us to help you satisfy your clients' messaging needs. We have designed and built our own dialogue generator that enables us to build solutions quickly and cost effectively to run on a multitude of platforms, using services from a number of suppliers. These services can be invoked within applications by configuration changes rather than programming changes, making it possible for you to offer resilience and flexibility to your clients.

We have been involved in the design, build and implementation of messaging systems for a wide range of industries and applications - Call centres, incident alerting, charities, sports reporting, delivery tracking, ticketing.

Systems Integration

PM3 has been designed to be integrated with existing systems. We pride ourselves on being able to offer the ability to add multimedia messaging to any application quickly and cost effectively. We have designed and built a number of industry standard API's that allow data to be transferred in and out of PM3 without the need for significant development. If you want to add messaging to your application, we can provide the mechanism to do this in days rather than months.
