The pm3
platform enables you to extend your existing
applications with
multimedia messaging capabilities. It has been purposefully built in modules that are designed to co-operate as a
whole or be used standalone.
It is available as a
service with online administration via the pm3
Maintenance Interface.
pm3 Execution Engine
The heart of pm3. This builds and manages events that
reflect the configuration built up in both the control
layer and from the inbound communication channels. From
here dialogues take place across multiple media types -
mobile, fixed telecoms or internet communications e.g.
receive an inbound phone call that results in an
outbound sms. All paths for communications are soft
coded so that you can use multiple service providers for
each message type. Customers gain real benefits over
simply interfacing directly with each of the
communication services.
pm3 Dialogue Generator
The Dialogue Generator is a
visual development environment
which allows you to use drag-and-drop icons and
connectors for building real-time procedures. The Dialogue
Generator then automatically generates the code
in the required output e.g. VXML.
