and to customers. He has worked in a variety of
entrepreneurial management and blue chip software sales
roles across Europe including building his own software
company Criticall Limited.
Prior to working in the IT industry,
Marcus had a military career in 7th Duke
of Edinburgh’s Own Ghurkha Rifles in Hong Kong.
Adrian Naude
Adrian takes a holistic approach to systems architecture
and design, and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of
understanding real business issues and creating
appropriate solutions. He has been involved in software development and
management for over 20 years. His career has spanned a
variety of industries and environments from financial
services to telephony.
Derek Read
Derek concentrates on the resolution of business
problems rather than the underlying technology. With 35
years experience in the IT industry, Derek has been a
Director of a number of IT companies mainly in the
financial services and management consultancy sectors.
